Today marks the One Year Anniversary of the Great Nepal Earthquake. The devastating disaster occurred on the 25th of April, 2015 at 11:56 AM with a magnitude of 7.8 and rocked the nation. The earthquake destroyed hundreds of thousands of buildings and triggered other natural calamities such as avalanches and landslides, in total killing almost 9,000 people and injuring almost 22,000.
The resulting chaos and destruction is still a matter of huge concern in the Nepal today. The people affected still struggle from getting out of the burden that the earthquake brought upon them and their families. The government has not been able to do much to help the victims, and your support has meant a lot to the people of Nepal. ISAK’s ProjectNEPAL would like to take the opportunity to remember the victims of the earthquake and everyone affected by it even today. If you wish to continue supporting the victims of the earthquake, please donate on our GoFundMe account for the recovering of victims of the Nepal Earthquake. Thank you for standing by Nepal in its time of need. Dhanyabad! [Donate here: www.gofundme.com/isakprojectnepal]
